Introduction
Taxidermy Pro CRM ("Taxidermy Pro," "we," "us," or "our") is built by Aroya. This policy covers our iOS app, Android app, and website (together, the "Service"), and explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.
Taxidermy Pro is a business tool for licensed taxidermy shops. It has three kinds of users: Shop Owners who run the account, Employees a shop owner invites, and Customers a shop owner invites to track their own jobs.
This policy was last updated in July 2026.
Information We Collect
Account & identity
Full name, email address, and an optional profile photo — all linked to your account. Your password is hashed and handled entirely by our authentication provider, Clerk; we never see or store it in plain text.
Shop & business data
Information a shop owner enters to run their business: shop name, job prefix, and general business details; job records (species, dates, status, deposits, notes); and customer records (name and contact info entered by the shop owner).
Media
Photos uploaded per job, stored in our database and linked to your account.
Technical & device data
A push-notification token so we can send you job status updates; crash reports and app diagnostics (anonymized where possible, retained 90 days, then deleted); and basic app usage events, used only to give crash reports context — not to build a behavioral profile of you.
Billing
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe on our website. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status — we do not store your card number or any full payment details.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your precise or approximate location, your device's contacts, your browsing history, any health or fitness data, or any financial account information beyond your subscription status.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and run the Service; send push notifications about job status and account activity; process billing and manage your subscription; and diagnose crashes and bugs so we can fix them. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
How We Share Your Information
Within a shop, a shop owner and their invited employees can see the job and customer data relevant to running that shop; an invited customer can see the status of their own jobs. We share data outside of Taxidermy Pro only with the third-party service providers listed below, solely so they can help us run the Service — never for their own marketing purposes, and never sold.
This application does not share personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Data Retention
While your subscription is active, we keep your data for as long as you have an account. After cancellation, we retain your data for 90 days in case you'd like to come back, then delete it — or delete it sooner on request. To request deletion at any time, email team@aroyadev.com.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours by email.
Your Rights
You can request an export of all of your data, request deletion of your account and everything associated with it, and correct inaccurate information yourself from the app's profile settings. For an export or deletion request, email team@aroyadev.com.
California residents: you may request to know, delete, or opt out of the sale of your personal data. We do not sell personal data. Contact team@aroyadev.com to exercise any of these rights.
Children's Privacy
Taxidermy Pro is a professional tool built for licensed taxidermy shop owners and is intended for business use by adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy
If we make a material change to this policy, we'll email the address on your account before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated policy.
